Protecting you against fraud and identity theft is very important to us. For that reason, we have in place a number of measures to help protect you and your art.
- You will only be asked to ship orders when the customers' funds have been secured in full.
- In the event of a return, we withhold refunds until you receive the piece back and are satisfied with its condition.
- Your personal information is stored on a secure server and never shared with any third party without your consent.

Convenience:
At Nova Scotia Art Online, your customers can purchase your art using any major credit card. There are absolutely no set up fees for you, and we collect only a 25% commission on sales. You need not worry about the details of being an online merchant, since we direct the proceeds of your sales to you by way of cheque or e-mail money transfer.

The primary feature of every artist account is your profile. Here, customers will learn about you as an artist and be able to view all of your work.
From your profile customers will be able to do the following:

- View your photo, should you choose to have one
- View & Purchase ALL your work

Each piece you create is unique and deserves its own space to be displayed. We give all of your products a dedicated page with a crisp, professional look. These are pages where your pieces will sell!
From your product pages customers will be able to:
- Read a description of your piece
- View a detailed image of your piece
- Tell a friend about your work
- And most importantly, add the piece to their shopping cart!
