What happens if the seller doesn't accept my order?
If 30 days passes without the seller accepting your order then the order is automatically cancelled.
You do not pay until the artist has accepted your order and you have accepted the shipping costs,
so no action is required on your part. If the seller declines your order, the order is effectively cancelled
as well and your credit card is not charged.
The seller accepted my order but never shipped the order; what now?
Each order has a "Ships Within" timeframe, usually one (1) week. This means the artist has one (1) week after you pay
for the order to prepare the order for shipment. If, after the specified period, the artist has not shipped their
order, they will be contacted to determine the problem. If they do not ship the order within one (1) week of being contacted,
the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
Each order has a tracking number that the artist must provide to you when they ship your order. Your first step should
be to use this tracking number and contact the shipping company to determine the status of your shipment. If this does
not resolve the problem, please contact us to receive assistance in
resolving the situation.
What do I do if the seller sent me the wrong item?
If you believe you have received the wrong item from the artist, please
contact us and we can put you in touch with the artist so that you can
work out an exchange for the proper item. If, after a reasonable amount of time, you are unable to resolve the issue
with the artist, please contact us to receive assistance in resolving
the situation.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
Please view our returns policy for instructions on what to do for artwork damaged in transit.
What should I do if I suspect fraud?
If you suspect fraud, the first step you should take is to contact us so we can help you try and resolve the situation.
