What is the buying process?
The buying process basically occurs in the following order:

  1. You find an item you would like to purchase and you add it to your shopping cart. You then proceed to check out and submit your order.
  2. The artist is notified of your order and based on your address and the item(s) ordered, the artist prepares the order for shipment and notifies you of the shipping cost via email.
  3. You then decline or accept the shipping costs. If you decline, the order is cancelled and you owe nothing. If you accept, you enter your credit card information, the artist is notified of the sale and your order is shipped to you. You receive the order a short time later and the process is complete.

What happens when I purchase from multiple artists?
The process is similiar to the process shown above, except the order is split into an order for each artist and each artist is notified. Each artist is then responsible for fulfilling their part of the order, and each one will get back to you separately regarding shipping costs. Your credit card is charged separately for each artist because it is treated as a separate order. Once a seller accepts their portion of the order, that partial amount is charged to your credit card. You'll receive a separate shipment from each seller. You will also receive separate confirmations and order tracking numbers.

How is the artist notified of my order?
The artist is automatically notified of your order immediately via email and through an administration module on this Site. Information about the item you're purchasing and your shipping and contact information is provided to the seller. Your credit card information and any other billing information is never made available to the artist.

How do I know when my order has been accepted by the artist or that my order has shipped?
When the artist has accepted your order, you are automatically notified via email. It is at this point you either accept or decline the shipping costs. You are also automatically notified via email when your item ships, including the tracking information that the artist provides. You can also view the status of your order online by logging into your account and viewing Your Orders.

What happens if the artist doesn't accept or decline my order?

How long does it take until I receive my order?
The artist is responsible for shipping the item(s) to you. All pieces have a "ships within" date that will indicate how long it should take for the artist to ship the order, and artists are encouraged to ship your order as soon as possible to ensure you are happy. You can also keep track of your shipment by using the tracking number provided by the artist upon shipment.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by declining the shipping charges after the artist has accepted your order. Once you pay for your order and it has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order, but you can return it within seven (7) days of receipt.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are possible when the proper procedures are followed for returns. Please view our returns policy for details.

I cancelled my order. What happens to my payment?
Your credit card is not charged until you accept the shipping charges for your order, therefore, if you cancelled your order then your order will not be processed and your credit card will not be charged.

Where can I view all my purchases, both past and present?
As a registered user, you can view all your purchases, including your purchase history, by logging into your Your Account and searching your orders. You can search for orders by date to get orders for any date range you wish.
