Returns Policy

Returning an Item:
Unless otherwise stated for a particular piece of art, you may return a piece within seven (7) days of your receipt of the piece. No returns will be accepted after this seven day period.

Any returned item is to be shipped to the artist, not to Redquest Media.

Return Process
  1. Mark the order for return by using the "Return an Order" link on the Your Account page.


  2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If this is not possible, use new packing materials of the same quality.


  3. Return the item(s) to the artist, not Redquest Media. We will provide you with the shipping address when you begin the returns process. You have seven (7) days to ship the order back to the artist once you have started the returns process. After 7 days, the order will be marked as complete and will no longer eligible for return.


  4. Insure the item to its full value when shipping.

When returning a piece, use the delivery service used when it was shipped to you, if possible; the seller and Redquest Media will need the tracking number in order to check the status of the return.

Both insurance and packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the piece are your responsibility; Redquest Media does not reimburse those amounts.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued when the proper return policy is followed.

If the returned piece has not been altered and is returned during the proper period, the artist will notify both you and Redquest Media. Upon notification of the artist's acceptance of the piece, Redquest Media will reimburse you within 30 days for the purchase (not including insurance, packing, freight, and transport fees associated with the purchase).

Your account will be credited depending on whether the purchase was made by credit card or through interac online. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the piece are your responsibility; Redquest Media does not reimburse those amounts. You will be updated about the status of your return by e-mail.

Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package looks damaged upon delivery or you find damaged artwork in your shipment, call us at (613) 799-8605 or contact us here. We will arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Be sure to keep the original packing materials.
